Paypal limitation question

Hi guys, my paypal account got limited a while ago (2 years) and right now I am using a friends account. My friend started using (actually, he made like 2 transactions for himself) paypal like 1.5 years ago so it's a bit old.

Since mine got limited I am using his paypal. I start to get more payments for a while like 2 transactions/day, maybe 2 days no transaction, but the third day another 2 transactions or so. Is there any chance to get his account limited ?

It's kind of old account, and it has no refunds or something like that.

What do you think ?

if you submitted proper documents, then it will not get limited

Depends on whether you submit the right documents in a manner that Paypal accepts. Look around BHW threads on PP limitations (a ton of back posts). A lot of people have seen their accounts get limited, or even stay limited after they submitted real documents regardless. If you delay submitting them, they might assume the reason is you're 'cooking up' the docs, whether they are real or faux.

In most cases it should restore the account, but not all, that's just the reality with PP. Maybe a phone call after submitting docs will straighten it out, or maybe it won't. There are no guarantees with PP. The business approach is to not think in terms of "how to prevent an account limitation" but in terms of being prepared for the contingency, and hoping for the best. Either that, or find a better processor.
