Paypal limitation "magically" lifted

The story is long but please read. So I have one account (my first pp acc) but for some odd reason I have got limited. I had to send some documents but I couldn't and I said to paypal I'm not 18 so I can get these documents(I wasn't at the time). They limited account because I'm not 18. I made new account with almost identical name and I verified it, but again they limited account. I tried to unlimit first account but they noticed I'm having two accounts and I lost all chances to unlimit any of these. But, I have recently logged in first account and it seems they unlimited it. But now, I'm not sure how safe is to use the first account? It says that I have limits, but it's only that I can't send over $650 (which I don't mind). I just want to earn and buy something off ebay without worry that I will get limited again

Hmm since youre under 18 Im not sure If you can get a higher limit.. if you can add a bank account to verify more you get unlimited sending/receiving, but that verify's your ssn also I think.. and you might be able to lift it up some if you buy a Prepaid debit card at your local store, and add it to your paypal. other then that most likely cant lift it much more, inless you talk to a representitve on the phone and they allow it

Heh, I'm over 18 now and I'm not from USA (I'm from Bosnia) so we don't have SSN system here. I may buy a prepaid card in the bank but I'm more concerned how safe is to use the account, hopefully this time without hassle

In my oppinion the age has nothing to do once the user of pp account is above 18. Once you are 18 you can setup company and upgrade to business account. I believe there are no limitations then, but I'm not 100% certain about that fact cause I haven't read the TOS regarding that matter. If you play the game fair, you won't notice anything unpleasant. Send them all the papers you have and you are done.
