Paypal limitation Help

Hello,

5 months ago i had my paypal limited due to a few chargebacks whilst selling on ebay.

I have just checked my paypal account (the one with the limitation)

I now have a message that states :

Your account has been limited for over 45 days, you know have the ability to withdraw funds.

I thought you had to wait 180 days til you was able to withdraw funds from your account.

I currently have just over $4,000 in the account and could do with the money asap.

my problem is, the bank account that is verified on the account is no longer working, i no longer have access to that account due to me moving banks, now what can i do to get the money out of the account?

Any help would be much appreaciated!

get a new bank acount with same name
and u will be able to withdraw

If you are registered with your real information on PayPal, then you shouldn't have a problem getting a new bank account added to the account to withdraw funds.

If you can't get a bank account anymore you can always get a prepaid card like Netspend where they allow direct deposits, so you can withdraw the money to that card.

Yes i had another bank account with my name on, tried adding it to the account, just keeps saying your not allowed to add an account because of your limitation. Would it be best phoning them up and telling them to change the bank account?

Yes, it's all real information on the account.

Just call to Paypal, and say that the old bank account was closed due to some personal reasons, and say them that you want to add a new bank account, which is under same name.

Say them politely, and no rush, they will surely accept. If they need some documents, just give them.

If you are doing genuine transactions then contact their support,if they ask any proof ,provide them.You can get limitation removed.Similar thing happened with me,they limited my account.I used my account as usual,they removed limitation

anyone know non-ssn prepaid card for US paypal? i still cannot find the solution.
