My paypal account will be limited soon. I have £400 remaining receiving limit. All other limits, I've lifted with no problem. I want to try and lift the limit before I actually get limited, and I filled out some "provide more information" form which required some stuff like my date of birth and address. After submitting that, I get a message saying "Unfortunately, we can't confirm your information. Send us your documents instead."

Well, the only document I could send to them is a scanned copy of my passport, but here's the problem. I am not 18. I lied and put my date of birth as 11/02/1994 when signing up to paypal. So I have no clue what to do, if I send them a scanned copy of my passport, wont they realise I'm not 18?
    I can't send them a drivers license, I don't have one.

Yeah, because I'm definitely going to forge my legal documents and show them to paypal - a worldwide, multimillion company.

Did you get this via an email? Are you sure it's not a phishing email? I saw something in my spam box just yesterday like "Your account has been limited".

the link went off to some place: rdcdance.com/wp-content/themes/nexus/css/prettyphoto/css/ukr/

Funnily enough, I did get a phishing email regarding Paypal limitations yesterday, but that's not the problem. I have £400 left in my receiving limit and I'm just trying to find a way to remove the receiving limit before I actually hit the limit. I haven't been notified by Paypal yet although I will get notified very soon.

I can help you forge the documents which is basically the service you can also find on the BHS section. I don't think there's another way to go around this.
