What kind of limit is that? Is tr\hat for withdrawing the money? You can try to withdraw 500pounds then withdraw the remaining every other day.
I think to remove the limit your paypal account should be in Premier or Business status that requires documents.

You need to call paypal and fax in requested documents if there is a limit on your account I think you know this. I have seen a few services around here that offer limit lifts for a price. Look around. Never used them so I have no opinion.

You may send them your parent's documents. If you haven't done anything nasty, then there'd be no reason not to.

You are best waiting for a response or seeing if other people in the Marketplace offer the service. If someone provides you with poor quality documents and they realise they are fake the consequences will be much worse than waiting for a day.
