My situation is a little different.I have a paypal account and my wife also has one, but they are with different name, SSN, address(I use PO BOX add. for mine), bank account and phone number.BUT we signed in
both accounts from the same internet connection(same IP) and computer previously. In this case, if one of the paypal account is limited, will the other account be limited as well? Just based on sign-in history only?
If one account is limited, I will not use the same PC to sign in the other, coz I guess know they will def find out in this situation. Just want to take some input here for precaution...

Thanks.

This is all from my experience.

If you and your wife aren't doing anything illegal or against their TOS then you should be fine.

Thanks for the info.
What do you mean by 'illegal'?We sold some stuff on ebay via a paypal account and now they required ID, bill ,copy of SSN and supplier contact info something like that..I just do not feel comfortable by
sending a scan of my SSN, and I don't have that supplier info because I've been buying some collectible throughout the past 10 years. No way I was documenting every invoice of information of those sellers who
sold me the stuff online or in a physical store...So I am not gonna send them anything and I don't want to fake anything either..I am 100% sure they will limit that account in a few days if I don't comply..
And I am thinking closing that account before it gets limited.

If all you are doing is selling on ebay and nothing blackhat then I don't see the problem.

Just call paypal and tell them exactly what you told us.
It's very reasonable that husband and wife will have different paypal address and they will use the same computer

I assum that you don't do anything illegal so it will be OK
Regard the invoice - tell them how you get the stuff, i'm sure they will understand

Good luck
