Paypal Limit Funds...Asking Questions

Hi, i just got a temporary limitation on my Paypal account and I was wondering if anyone here has had a similar experience so he can share

I send payment to a friend but it was 'on hold' and he never received but he refunded this morning and changed his email. i sent the money this time $100 to the changed email and I got the limitation from PP.

They asked me to provide information on my recent payments I made. However, some of the payment was to an exchanger here who wanted to exchange for me to local currency.

Although I also made payment to some people not from my country like buying $10 groupbuy service and paying for copyscape credits.

The Paypal account has all my details except that I created with another nationality but I entered all my real details including biz name, real names and address I even added my local card and it was verified.

PS - my country is not allowed to have pp for business.

Anybody with similar experience on what needed to be done?

Go to Activity, find your payment, click on it, there should be a button saying confirm/completed. Click on it and thats it. No more hold!

Thank you...its not my account that got the hold...
right now my send and withdrawal features have been disabled.

Just wanted to know what to tell PP - most money i sent were through FNF...and they are accounts from my country. they wanted to know what biz i had to send them those money...
