Paypal limit crossed.

Today i was going to pay $50 to a person, he said he got the payment, after about 20 minutes, he told 'you hold the payment'.

I had to recheck my account, and it says 'unsolved issue(1)'

So i got few questions.

Can i still have the payment if i recharged my account?

or

It's guaranteed that those $50 are his now?

I had such a case in the past, wherein a guy paid me for an e-book, but the payment was withheld by paypal after some time. However, they released the payment after 24 hours. I would suggest you to closely check where it states " unresolved issue". Usually, they state the reason and timeframe somewhere there. As such, until the issue is fixed the payment can switch hands either way, so you may want to think twice before sending over another payment. Your best bet would be to contact paypal.

i had same problem. bt they wanna from me 6 Issues. its reely unavailable to resolve. 2300$ losted!

Paypal has changed a lot of its policies lately, I have been using it since 1998, so I know them a little. Take your time and read the payment policies it will take some time but it will help a lot

I think i had this once and the account i send money keeped them without problem (was my other account). Dunno if they have changed tho nothings sure with PP ffs

I had got my $50 back though, issue was solved like 6 days ago, have to do something about limit right now.
