Paypal letter of authorization....HELP

Hey a friend of mine is using a business paypal account from colombia...he updated his personal to business account...( we share porofits etc)= but he is the owner, but he didnt register the business in colombia...I dont know if they really care there...


no after just a few weeks, we got a paypal message saying:

Also check out the attached picture, we need to submit a letter of authorization+
whats that? is anything from the state needed, signed by the state authorities? or is it just to fill in the adress, sign it and then its done?

Maybe you need your friends permission. Ask your friend to give you an authorization letter

Edit: It needs the primary means it's all up to your friend.
 
Hey, no, I never logged in to the paypal account...he does all that on his name....so he just fills in his name etc and sign it....its nothing with a signed document by the colombian state or tax id etc?
I always thought paypal just wroks with the IRS....hope they really only want the confirmation...maybe ID , fill adress etc and sign....with the company name....

cause officially its not a registered business in colombia
