if you don't want to use the paypal account anymore, nothing will happen, it will have a negative balance, if you do still want to use it though, at some point you'll have to pay that...so it would be ideal to sort the issue with the refund now.

GayPal will send your negative balance to a debt collector. So your 5$ can add up to 100-200$ after that

If you are WH use GayPal.. If you are BH use the other alternatives.. Personally I stopped using GayPal 4 years ago.. I only accept payments from WU or BTC.. For my Coding Services.. To many buyers are scammers these days.. (charging back) I call it refund fraud.. I am a seller Simple!
