Paypal issue

I'm moving from the US to India in a few months. I'm unsure whether to keep the same paypal a/c or close it and open a new one once I move. Does anyone have experience with using paypal connected to a bank in a different country over an extended period of time( particularly dealing with tax issue over the course
of many years).


Any input would be much appreciated.
