Wasn't sure if there was a section for this, so I just decided to post this in the lounge.

Basically I have a paypal account (unverified and ALL FAKE INFO)

I was selling stuff online and a guy charged back against me, I know I can't win the dispute but my paypal balance is -$98

Can paypal track me and come after me? He said if paypal won't give him his money he is contacting his bank...

Any advice or suggestions?

Still wondering if I'm OK, or am I going to get into trouble... remember all my info is fake but will they track my IP?
 
You are the reason that paypal has so many problems.
I have a legitimate Business paypal account with my legally registered LLC.
And you are the reason why they think its necessary to freeze my account anytime something goes wrong.

I unfortunatley have no choice when it comes to paypal, becuase in my market, so many of my customers use it.

People like you ruin it for all of us. And yes I understand, your the one that got charged back.
 
Well it's not my fault... I sold something, the guy charged back 3 weeks later and now I have a negative paypal balance.

My question still is will I get in any trouble?

Your doing identity theft, a felony on the state level.

Stop worrying about your funds, and start worrying about paypal coming after you, along with the 5-0.
 
Are you serious? I just made up random name, address and zip... WILL THEY SERIOUSLY DO SOMETHING? I should find a way to make $98 quick so I can fix this...

Paypal Fill Fight in behalf of you, if the buyer files a Chargeback, after failing in a paypal dispute!

Edit: Shit, I cant Find the Link from Paypal saying this! But am Sure, I read it once, Won a chargeback the same way as well! Some Of My Friends Have It with Negative balance, But are from India Though!! They Are safe!! All What depends is the country and their Laws!

Let me rephrase everything.

I am under the age of 18 and live in Canada, the guy filed a chargeback against me and I have -$98 balance. The dispute is still open and I HAVENT RESPONDED YET to the claim. He said if he won't get back his money he will call his bank.

So my question is what should I do? And can I get in any trouble?
 
Deal with the Dispute and Win it!

IF You win the dispute, His Bank can Do nothing :)

Was this an online Purchase? i mean, Away from Ebay?

lol in all seriousness if you gave them fake info how are they gonna find you? worst case scenario is your paypal account will just get banned

No it was for a phone, I sent it with express post. So there is no way to track it and I don't have any proof.

EDIT: IT IS A NON RECEIPT CLAIM

Paypal has an eniter department regarding fraud that does nothing but investiage stuff like this.

All they need to do is make 1 phone call to your ISP and get your house address, and trust me, your ISP is not going to try and fight PayPals 25+ Lawyers on payroll.
They will hand the information over like its their lunch money in middle school.

lol I can understand your fuss but paypal is a real bitch bro this is why guys needs to make fake paypal accounts and all these identity theft. They don't let anyone do business freely. I didn't ever came to know a single satisfied customer of paypal. I myself lost 2 of my paypal accounts on in my own name other in one of my family members name both were legit and paypal frozen them for lifetime..

They are doing this bcz of their monopoly in the entire market place.
