Paypal Issue

Don't really need to be fussy about the details; I've got a bank account attached to my paypal account, which is a birtish bank, no problems what so ever with that - According to Paypal, once you've received over 1.2k in pounds, you need to add a credit card to your account, regrading some regulations to do with money laurding and what not.

Problem is, I don't have a credit card and am unable to get one, I've had a thought about using a VCC (virtual credit card), which by all logic should work very well, but I was wondering if anyone else has done this? I've been wanting a VCC for a while, anyone know one which supports paypal as a source to add funds (Don't worry, I'll move the money around first)

But by using that you will take a high rank because It is possible that they limit your account.

if you have a British Bank account, it should come with a debit card, which can be used to link to your paypal account.

Paypal rarely care about the difference between a debit/credit.

then paypal will not let you use it to verify/add withdraw funds.
