Paypal issue

Hello guys i don't know where to post this issue and chose to post here because i saw some threads for paypal help,issue etc. My issue it's : i withdraw an paypal balance to my credit card and the moeny stand in pending for 72hours+ and after that they refund it by saying this to my paypal activity : "refunded transfering using card paypal". Does anyone here face this problem i don't know what is wrong.

I think you should contact PayPal first to check if the problem isn't from your bank.

So where is the money at the moment? External credit card loading (like withdrawing from PayPal to credit card ) does show up as a refund on your card, if you check the activity log or if you receive an SMS for instance and it requires some time to go through. Weekends are non-banking days, so there's that too. If the funds were reversed and the money is in your PayPal again, it can be that your card doesn't support external loading.

Call them by phone. Best way to get this kind of thing sorted out, either you get it solved in 10 minutes or find out that it's not gonna get solved.
