I have got a USA paypal account unverified, i want to verify it how can i do it.

Without changing my current country details i need to have this usa paypal.

How can i verify it ?
Is there anyone who is living in america willing to verify it and give me.
Any help.

No help yet, ok what about vcc cards at online, do i need to give them my SSN
