PayPal allow only international transaction, You both of in same county it's not possible to transfer the amount

Please confirm your client whether is same country, or not.

I've never encountered this before but it seems like PayPal is blocking the IP of your sender for some reason. Are your recipients in a restricted country?
If you have them checked in your account setup to be blocked this could possibly be a reason. Probably the best thing to do is contact PP about the problem along with contacting the ones trying to pay you to see if there is a problem on their end. Good luck hope you can resolve this.

I had this before. I made new paypal account and added other card. the issue here is that i tried to send a payment from IP of other country while i had UK bank card and UK address in settings.

i removed the card and made a new account = couldnt add it. new card and new account solved it

No mate, he is from another country. this is not happening to one client, totally three peoples from different countries facing the same issue. they only share this screenshot

allow the money to rest for at least 3days... Its some kind of anti fraud shii... There is a method to bypass this in the darknet

Thanks for your information and your quick response and now my paypal is working.

I have that myself all the time you need to open a new browser then go incognito :)
That seemed to fix it for me.

Glad you got it sorted. And to whoever suggesting contacting PayPal - ha! They are a total nightmare to deal with !
