PayPal IPN Work Needed

Need someone who can create an endpoint for paypal IPN - needs to detect when a recurring paypal is canceled. I will handle the database input etc. at that point.

What language/web framework are you using...?

I have worked quite a bit with Paypal IPN before, so I can pretty much do this for you. I code in pure PHP and Codeigniter as well.

Also, in my experience, Paypal is sometimes shitty when it comes to IPN. It never sends notification for some transactions once a while. So you should take a note on that as well.
I had issues because I had a licensing system built upon IPN and once a while, clients had issues.
