Well today I have even more PP problems, which really sucks. I have been doing a new JV recently with an online-service type thing, all the funds coming into my account, which is fine, but the service takes around 2 weeks to complete (Clearly stated on the site, etc.) but a lot of people have been filing "unauthorised payment" or simply asking for a refund way before the 14 days, because they're impatient little gits that can not wait. Anyway, after every refund request (Even though they were in the wrong) I always refunded them in full right away (To protect my PayPal), but when I went to withdraw £100 the other day, they limited my account. The strange thing is that, I have already verified my address, ID, card, etc. but this time they are asking for information that I cannot provide: As you can see, they are asking me to provide business info, provide delivery proof, and provide invoices, which I cannot do because it is an online service! When i tried to email them, their service auto-responded with a bunch of BS that didn't answer anything. So, here are my questions to you guys: Why was my account limited? I've already verified my ID like 10 months ago, had hundreds of payments, and always refunded people right away! What should I do, seeing as I cannot send the details when it's online goods?
