How do you guys get your money once you've created that paypal account with fake info for "illegitimate" purposes. Will they just close your main account once they catch on that you are transfering it?

seems like they have it where you can get a debit card thats linked to your paypal account. maybe you could register with an address of somebody you trust and have them send you the card, then you have instant access to you paypal funds.

or may be use it and use it while buying your own stuff through another processor, I mean you have cash ready in paypal, and you also have a 2checkout.com then create a product for say (depending on the cash you have in paypal) abd buy your own product for that cash, teh cash will be transfererd to your legal 2CO account, and then get your rmoney, if at any stage they ask youany questions or anything, just tell them you sell products and you have no idea :) or may be buy one of your top selling products many copies equivalent to the cash in paypal.. just an idea..

There are a few ways to accomplish this, first way is like Maxell said, sign up for an account at a payment processor like 2CO, slap together a shitty website like youre selling something (better use something that doesnt involve physical delivery of products, like ebooks/software, cell phone unlocking codes, long distance minutes, etc, you get the idea)
    and then buy from yourself.
Another way would be to become an affiliate of something that accepts PayPal as payment, and offers a high commission (75% or more), then buy the product (once again, better to stick to non-physical goods here), and you get the affiliates commission.

I buy so much stuff from individuals using PayPal that I would not be worried at all about sending the funds to my "legit" account with a comment like "Thanks for the new web site!"

People use paypal to send money to friends, family, etc ... all over the world on a regular basis. Heck my roomate used to get money from home during college via Paypal. Just make it look like a sale.

In paypal go to Send Money, then type in the legit Paypal email you want it send to. Click the "Services" radio button (no shipping info needed). Then under comments put something like "For Website updates done on 04-14-2008. Thank You!"

You could do that once a week and it just looks like you're paying a web designer for website work/updates. Buy stuff from other people while you're at it just to mix up the people you send money to.

As for the Paypal debit card I think you need a business or premier account. Verified address (through CC verification or SSN) a credit card on file and a checking account on file. I could be wrong though.

I really don't get this process. So you are basically saying to buy a product from yourself. For instance if the products costs $100 you would get $75 as a commision which means that you lost $25. What am I missing here? Thanks.

You're not missing anything... yes you do lose 25% in that case. But as the funds are in a PP account with fake info, and they probably come from some "Black Hat" activities, its better to get 75% then get 0%.

I am just showing one way of getting the funds out safely. Sure, transferring the funds directly to your real account would cost less (just the 2.9% PP processing fee). However, its not a good idea to do it that way constantly... Let's say the funds in the Black Hat PP account came from something shady, like screwing over affiliate networks by sending garbage leads, if the networks complain to PayPal, and they check where the funds went to, it would seem pretty strange if 80% of the payments to your "real" PP account came from "shady" people, and apparently PayPal is quick on suspending accounts/freezing funds in cases like these.

So why would anyone go spend $100 to get $75?!!
I can see this work only if you really wanted that product and then you buy it yourself and spend only $25 instead of $100. Also it would work with pay per sign up or free trial products but those 99% don't pay paypal. So for example you would spend $5 for a trial product but you would get a $20 commision, so you made $15 on this transaction. But they don't pay through paypal directly but at the end of the month so you run into a high risk of gettting caught. I don't know you say that I am not missing a step but it seems to me that I am since why the heck would anyone want to lose $100 in order to make $75?!

What I meant by that, is lets say you got the money in the "fake" PayPal accounts by making multiple accounts on some kind of "Get paid to complete offers" site, or any other "unethical" means, you had at least 1 more way of getting the funds out of the PayPal accounts.

Like stated before, yes, you would of course lose part of the money by buying a product thru your affiliates link, but at least you got the most part of the money.

I havent implemented such a system or anything, and was just giving an example of a theory on how it can be done. If you think it loses too much money, then you can use the methods submitted by the members in the other post, those are very good too.

Just forget the Buying an affiliate product and losing 25% then.. Just do the following.

    1) Go to 2CO and sign up for an account

    2) Throw together some kind of info product, or website template or any kind of digitally delivered product.

    3) Use your Paypal account to buy that product from your 2checkout account

    4) Fund are deposited to your checking account and you are good to go.

You will have to pay the fees at 2co but oh well.. Paypal is sure to limit your account and ask for info if you try to withdraw money.. But they will let you spend it all day long..
