Hello, I'm a new ebay seller:

"Paypal will hold your money, only if you are selling on ebay.com, there are ebay.co.uk, ebay.de and etc. where you get funds instantly"

Is that right?

you can't get funds instanly if you new member on ebay, this terms and rules Ebay policy's
When u get more 25 possitive feedback, and used your account more 90 days, then u can accept money without hold.
