So :) apparently to not get the on-hold payments on new accounts you have to "bypass" these limits. Now I am not sure if the funds that are on hold will get released then or its just an indication that hold won't happen after you get past these "requirements".

This is for EU account but most probably it's for all countries?

This is a verification to judge the seller properly. You may call them for more info.

Can i ask did you recently get these holds? I have had some accounts in past which didnt have holds on new accounts but recently maybe for 2 weeks or such it seems that all accounts get this 3 weeks hold..
I don't see any other option rather to sell, update transactions with trackings and wait for holds to be removed from account. Your pp account is SLO based right?

ya its mostly for all countries..
i had an US account ...and if i well remember...i had 3 targets...1st one was 5/5 which mean complete 5 transaction with more than $50...the second was 10 transaction witout dispute and the last was the 60 days target...

A friend of mine just got the same problem before, you just have to contact paypal and soon your problem will be resolved.

This is for paypal. Different platforms can still hold your funds. Take ebay for example.

Paypal always has that hold it does go away after 90 days... 10 transactions and $250 goes through the account
