haveing massive issues with paypal and not been able to make payments.
there anit bullshit systems keep denying my payments is happening across lots off accs on all devices freinds to sometimes working sometimes not thay say them selfs to leave it 3 days and there shit resets ..
then it still fucks up.
accs are in good standing with plenty off money and no limits placed no fake stuff ither.
tryd my linux windows and android devices but not much luck ahead each time.

any suggestions

I am able to use my PayPal without any issue and thus the problem appears with your account only.
 
have you tried sending to a different account not locally but international? if its keeps giving you an error just let it sit for 5 days.
 
ahh yeah thanks guys for the advice trouble is iv already waited a week and now im at the end off the line need me funds so i will ring em and blast let ya no how i get on thanks very much.
