PAYPAL HELP

Hi guys. as u can see from the thread i have a problem with my paypal. Im from Mongolia and the thing is i cannot receive payments into my Paypal accounts, but i can buy or pay. Is it possible to create fake Paypal using fake USA info and receive the money?

Yeah it's possible to create a fake account. Don't use the same IP, name, or anything connecting you to your other account. You should contact @secondeye too, he's the Paypal expert around here.

You need to find out why you can't withdraw using your legitimate account. Maybe you need to add a credit card or verify a bank account?

If you open a US-based account you won't be able to withdraw either unless you have a US bank account and they'll ask you to prove your address/id before your first withdrawal.

I already linked my legit card to paypal and i can buy stuffs online, the thing is i have couple of hundred dollars in my freedom.tm (youtube MCN) and i want to RECEIVE the money. but paypal doesnt allow.

First contact paypal what is the issue? Next you can proceed buying US paypal acc or not? But at least you have to transfer to mangolia bank acc but ,you can also buy virtual bank accs.They are many selling here or online.
