Hi, One client sent me some payments my another email ID (not attached to my PayPal ID) as "Friends and Family" but I can't accept payments as "Friends and Family" as I am a non-US resident. I told my client earlier to pay as normal payment but he didn't listen. I sent emails to cancel that payment and send me as normal payment but he is not responding me. So, I can't now add that email ID to get my funds in my accounts, What do I do now? Anyone got such situations earlier? If anyone could send me some tips, I would appreciate your help. Thank you.
