paypal help

hey guys,

I am looking to buy some Paypal stealth account for usa location...is there any way i could get 6-7k account limit for them ...i need 4 accounts(2 will also be good)..and how i can withdraw money from them...in India ...generally i receive payments from different locations worldwide (us , uk especially)...is it better to have payment gateway of my own or paypal are good...i generally provide customer services on fiverr and other freelance sites ...but i want to be a little anonymous
