I Recently Verified My PayPal Account From One of BHW Members and in paypal balance it have 1.95$ when i tried to buy facebook credit worth 1$ it show me the following message please help me !

Your purchase could not be completed because of a problem with your payment method. Please visit your account settings and check that all payment information is correct and up-to-date. If you continue to receive this message after verifying your information, contact your bank, credit card company or payment provider.

In the meantime, please try adding a different funding source to complete your purchase.

Were you shown this message from paypal or from the site where you were trying to purchase the Facebook credit? It looks very similar to a message that Paypal sends out to its users. Most of the time this is because a bank account could not be verified or some other information is not correct in your account settings. A good way to tell is if you can see your bank account activity and look to see if Paypal has pinged your account with a small transaction. If it has this is a good sign that the verification process has worked.
