Hello there fellow blackhatters i have been trying all morning to do a vcc (?PayPal Secure Card) with paypal but cant seem to find it. Can someone give me a step by step on how to do this? I know im missing the steps. The account was orginally from india now in the us. If that matters i dont know

you have to install the paypal plugin to your browser first. then use the plugin to create secure cards.

Sorry i think it has to be a US verified account which has to be verified by US bank before you can make VCC

Thats what i think

maybe. either way he should try with the plugin and if it doesn't let him it will tell him why.

You must have a US paypal account in order to have the plugins to create a VCC.

Yeah i just found that out i logged in with my usa account to download the plugin now they want a bank account problem there is my bank account was banned with another account
anyway around this? and is there a way to verify a usa paypal with out a bank account? If so how?
