Hello BHW. This is the problem. I have a US Business Paypal Account. I can't send money because my account is still unverified and limited. Will someone help me remove the limitations and verify my account? I need to send money ASAP.

All your help will be appreciated.

I still don't have them. I'm just a minor. Is it possible if I will use Virtual Bank account?

you can't. You will have to provide the ID for the name on which the account is made.

Just use Photoshop and change your birthdate

They are asking for my bank account and credit card. I don't have them.

Create another account on your family members.
Use their bank acc. and credit card no.
