PayPal Help. When can I send/withdraw my money?

I made a private sale online. The person I recieved the money from sent me 240 USD via friend/family payment. They also tried to scam/dispute this payment afterwards, claiming I never sent the product. I'm trying to send this money to another account at the moment, as this particular PayPal was a stealth. How long do I have to wait to send this money? When I try send the any amount, I get the error: 'We cannot send this payment right now'

Any info or help greatly appreciated.

Change password of paypal account and leave it alone for 72 hours.

If you didn't scam, prove you sent the product. If you don't have proof, you're paying for your mistakes and if you didn't send it, you're even more deserving of dispute.

Well said, sir. Exactly.
Also, If sold a product, Why received through Gift-Personal payment? This is a cheap attempt if you are really selling products.

paypal is very seriously attends at payments , if he block you or freez money it will takes a lot of time to unblock them

Better wait for few hours or a day.. Paypal gives issues to such accounts which are suspicious or using VPN or you are sending and recieving many payments as "Friends"
