Hey guys.
I need to provide to gaypal the following:
1. A valid photo ID for account
2. Proof of address, such as a paper bank statement*, a paper credit card statement,* a mobile phone bill**, a utility bill or financial statement**, a driving license issued in the last 12 months, official government issued Photo ID (different than the one used to confirm your identity

I live in europe illegally, it means i have no bank account, nothing. And in my home country i can't access it. To approve the paypal on the beginning, i used vcc. What shall i do now? Photoshop? I already send them once stupidly scan of passport. Shall i send it now again, and photoshop some bill of my roommate? What kind of bill is the best? Can i get maybe somewhere in europe bank acocunt for paypal somehow?

p.s. what's also funny, from buying 1$ bt adapter on ebay, and having cents on paypal, i rolled there tons of money last days in, and i list some items that sometimes they massively remove for violations. Nothing happened, wondering if that was manually reviewed already.. damn, i need it working. I don't even need to cash the money right now, i just need to build my IM empire asap as i get some to invest

one thing you need to remember is don't give them enough info that could possibly be used against you, like if they ask for a passport, birth cert etc etc because SOMETIMES what they're actually doing is building a profile on you so they make it 10 x times harder to join again...

I'm not saying this is what they're doing, but bear it in mind, ebay are notorious for this kind of thing aswell.

personally i'd photoshop them a fake address, and you already gave them your passport so don't try editing it now, cause they'll just check the last one you sent, companies like that save everything.
 
Well, i send my passport scan before i even though i'll do something with them seriously. But i will not mess with the pass, of course. But i need a solution. I do read that lots of ppls fake those bills for adres proof. I just want to hear somebody experienced, maybe even pay for info, if that's the problem... I just want to keep the paypal acc as safe as possible. Which country i can get bank account without me there in person, but that also paypal works with them?

Yes, i'm bumping. I hate that, but i need help. I tried to search the forum for about 4 hours, but i don't even know what exactly shall i look for
 
you can setup bank accs in foreign countries and get a credit card off the bank but that ill cost about $500 minimum to set up... won't be fast either. Are you losing any money from this?
 
One time 500$? If it stayes on the same curve, pretty amazing, but i pay that. What about paypal? New acc+vpn? What countries are we talking about? I'm total IM noob, just bought something on ebay. Then discovered the niche, now it makes me around 100-250$ per day for 6 days already. Soon i'm going to get xrumer and tons of microniche sites. I'm pretty amazed of all that sucess, but coming to paypal limits. Need to prevent that, have around 2 days i guess. Gonna call banks in wierd countries tomorrow. Is vpn enought? vpn+1 more proxy? I HAVE NO CLUE HOW TO HANDLE THAT AT ALL. It makes me want to go to my home country just to make legal business out of that, but i'll never leave NL back to my hole. HELP :D
(p.s. maybe for now i send them my passport again, and fake phone\waterbill, hope they approve, and don't keep any money on the paypal for any case??)
 
I think all you can do now is send the real passport and fake utility bills yes.
If you don't you'll lose your money for sure. For future reference start opening
more ebay+paypal accounts now because they will get banned. Expect the unexpected
and don't put everything into one basket. Regarding proxies take a look at squid proxies. I have an xrumer licence I wouldn't mind selling, im not going to use it again, I donn't do SEO anymore (or spam) if you wana make me an offer on it.

Regarding countries, virgin islands, i was looking at setting one up in anguila or british virgin islands, but im moving to thailand now so no need. $500 is setup fee and then usually there's some sort of maintenance fee on the acc each year. (Last I checked anyway)
 
I wish to get it in some West europe country. I need probably to open a company in lithuania to legalize myself here in EU. But if i get account far away, can i get adress proof somehow? How long will it last? 500$ is not that much as it looks now, maybe somewhere is cheaper. With VPNs, whatever. But i'd need more opinions as well

yeah you can get address proof... what your looking to do is setup an "offshore bank account" it's nothing new.. The account will stay open as long you keep paying the maintenance fees yearly..
 
No, i asked how long paypap acc will survive. If it get banned(for some reason, i do legal stuff), then i need a new bank right? But hm, i can make 500$ in couple of days.
OK, tired, sleppy. Thanks, i'll also get the vpns and some more stuff to establish some more long term income, and will donate to here, its on the list. But this income now is not coming from all that great info i leared here on the forum lol)

I dont even think it is possible to open a bank account if you are not present at the branch. At least in North America and West Europe. Why dont you open an account under your rommates name

once people aren't reporting you and you've verified yourself then your fine... google "paypal freezes account" and you'll see loads of people in the same boat I think there a sight called "paypalsucks" which is full of stories like you in the same position, read it for an hour and im sure you'll get some good info..

Going to send pic of my pass again, and a water bill.
Also ebay acc wants to get deleted
Offshore acc in Lithuania is 250E. But they don't want to do it because i don't have visa.
Shall i try to recover old acc, or fuck that?

Well, read some good reviews about vccandbank.com
They have usa real bank acc+gaypal+egay for 280$.
But not sure i want to keep selling this products. dealextreme suck ass

Got a call today. They want invoices for more expensive items, and tracking numbers of the last items. Maybe they will unlock it. Will they?
 
I sold something that costs 30-50 bux, and goes under their MC999 list. I sold like 10-15 items daily for 6 days. The item is MC999 because paypal do not allow that being sold to USA.
I'll need an aged paypal and ebay, right?
