Hey guys

Can I become verified on paypal with only a bank account on it ?

And can I send money from my bank account ?

Or do I really need a credit card?

you can use a bank account, also why wouldn't you have a debit card if you have a bank account?

and yes you can send money via your bank to paypal or vice versa

you can use a VCC to if need be

Whats a vcc ?

For online shopping i can't use my debit card.... debit cars is the card they give you at the bank with your account right ?

You can use your debit card for online shopping if it has a Visa or Mastercard logo

I've seen some that were ATM only, people trying to run them at my friend's store, so it may not have one. This was on an account opened this year. Goofed up, but, it probably saves the bank money somehow.

Open an account at a bank that offers the ATM/Debit card.

VCC are safer to use. They are not tied to you or your bank account. sometimes some merchants sign you up for a subscription that you didn't authorized and they keep taking money out of your account with out you being aware.
