PayPal Help need.

I have Payoneer but i want to make a new PayPal and want to use Payoneer US payment service. But i want to know which country PayPal support Payoneer US payment service.
Please comment and help me to resolve this.

You can make USA paypal because payoneer is US based service.

P.S. If you make Paypal account for US country, soon you will have to provide them with SSN details. Its Compulsory!

If you are not from USA, you can make Chinese paypal. But if you want payoneer as a mode of payment then US Paypal will work for you.

It is right they are using paypal with payoneer bank. U can also use it the thing is when you will start transactions, after few months they will ask you to verify your identity and will limit your account until you provide them with SSN details. If you don't provide consider your account close or limited forever!!!
 
im from morocco and i have payoneer us account add to my Moroccan paypal account and i'm withdrawing money with no problems and they never asked me for any documents.

but paypal works fine in my country

i think this problem is based of the paypals users countries

cos some of my Egyptians friends got the same pb
