so with pay pal i have been running into there anti bullshit systems that will not allow payments at all accs are not limited or anything like this no open disputes.
i have tryd with 4 off my friends on diff i.ps...home network mobile network my vpn off and on ...iv tryd from my Linux devices iv tryd from my android and windows devices.
same problems weeks running into months now.
this has become a real issue paypal always comes back with wait 3 days and our shit resets and then you can make payments.-this is not great chances ither .
thay dont get to decide what payments i make or not so hmm the only way through this iv found is to just wait it out or battle them down the phone untill i get results.
basicly im asking whats the deal with there anti fraud systems? and is there anyway around this shit
im not fraudulent im trying to make legit payments here.
any decent suggestions on this topic
