And here is the topic : http://www.blackhatworld.com/blackh...ages-includes-date-script-exitpopup-20-a.html

I done all he ask, so he sent the money...i talk with him 2 hours ago, after 2 days of no answer...and he says that his account was limited and paypal check all transactions and they will decide if the money will remain to my account or go back to his account...lol... i wait to see what will happen :)...

I dont think it's his fault....actually there is 2 posibilities : the paypal really limited his account due suspicious transactions, or he lye to me and open an dispute...dont know :) ill wait another 1-2-3 days to see what answer ill get.

I've had paypal hold over $500 at a time because the transactions where "suspicious" all of them usually unfreeze in a few days.

Ok thanks for infos....i hope ill get back my money :D.

Hello Cristian,

We've concluded our investigation into the transaction detailed below.

We've returned the funds to the PayPal account holder, and your account
will be debited for the amount of this transaction.

-----------------------------------
Helping ensure safe transactions
-----------------------------------

Most of the payments you receive will be from, honest buyers. PayPal wants
to help ensure that your transactions are as safe as possible.

You can often reduce your risk by paying close attention to payment details
and unusual requests.

* Watch for address inconsistencies:
It's fairly common for a buyer's shipping address to be different from the
billing address. In some cases, though, it could indicate fraud. For
instance, a high-priced item that has a billing address in one country and
a shipping address in another may be suspicious.

* Beware of unusual requests that could indicate suspicious activity, such
as:
- Buyers who want rush shipment at any cost
- Buyers who send partial payments from different PayPal accounts
- Do not make payment in full

Go to the PayPal Security Center for more information.

Damn....

I dont get there reply to you, they way they make it seems as if its as if your account was limited or there was a dispute or something. Was the payment marked as a service? Because shipping address shouldnt matter. Paypal can get very stupid at times

Yes dude...i told them that i povide an service for the buyer.... he sayd the same thing ( atleast that's what he say to me )...Damn

My account is not limited...

Are you read what message i post ??? The money was returned to the buyer ! He get the money back ( that 20$ )...

paypal gets shittier and shittier ...

thing is if you receive money from an unverified pp account you can get in trouble too. that's what happened with my first paypal account and i still have ~ 400$ locked away in it... apparently because one of the people who sent money to me was unverified and he kept receiving chargebacks and he sent some money to me right before receiving those chargebacks the people from paypal thought that i was in cahoots with him or something... my account now says something like

'it appears you are related to an account with problems. please make sure everything is ok with <account number> blablablablabla'

i'm receiving my money by check in december so at least it's gonna be a good christmas :D
