What were you trying to sell? If they banned you for selling suspected counterfeit or other unauthorized merchandise, turning in documents may not help you at all.

If you have real data to verify that's good else contact some fake document supplier.

Depends on what you were trying to do. If it's just a security check then once you provide acceptable ID, things will go back to normal. If they limited you because you were selling unauthorized apple products than chances are that you can have President Obama vouch for you and it's not going to help.

It shouldn't matter if you can manage to get your account cleared, but using a VPN doesn't matter at this point because if you were not using a VPN and they have your IP info, using a VPN now isn't going to change anything.
