They usually limit new users to prevent fraud I think.. it happened to mine as well when I created it and received my first-two transactions.

If it's a real account and all your info is real and correct then there should be no problem.

Mine got limited even though i provided them with all the correct information that they needed? Also, its a permanent limitation so what can I do to get my funds out? thanks
