Anyone have experience with this?
I have a a personal and a business account PayPal.
Im wondering if I open up more LLCs, I can open a new PayPal for each one, right? USA btw.
Each one would have its own separate business bank account, separate EIN, Articles of Inc, etc.

A quick google seems its ok but wondering if anyone here has done it. Never hurts to have a few extra LLCs bc then I can open up other services too which I can rent out or use, and have some plans for the new PayPals right away if so.

Thanks

Shouldn't be an issue and have done so in the past but its been many years. Your best bet is just to contact Paypal directly (via phone they are very responsive) and get confirmation from the company itself instead of here.

Yes, you are right. Each PayPal for each LLC. Gooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooood.

why even bother, use one business merchant account for all business.

PayPal is the number 1 reason most businesses go bankrupt.

if your registring LLC why even use PayPal.

PayPal will hold your funds from time to time or ban you when their disputes or someone uses a stolen credit card

paypal not good for a business fullstop.

There million others look around .

some you can still take paypal payments

no one would ever use paypal for a serious income (( no way)).

warning .

what your doing here a examaple.
buying a home but with no roof or stucture insurance .(( other words eventually you can not afford to live in the home, when there a leak or stucture issue , you become homeless, WELCOME TO PAYPAL LIFE WHILE ONLINE. .))

I agree dude. Paypal is shambles for businesses, try choose another provider but if not, I'd suggest just one PayPal with a business account.

https://stripe.com

look at above link your a registered business you can register on all safe gateways .

stripe used heavy with online business there very good , but there many more just a example

PUT PAYPAl in the search box start reading it a nightmere .

Don’t do that. Each business, one account. Why? You are mixing different business and you might get fucked, especially when it comes to taxes.

Guys thank you but i am well aware of all the different payment gateways/merchant accounts/alternative payments etc I can use and for what purpose, but I have need for a few more paypal accounts, thanks though for all thoughts.

I'm actually curious about this for PayPal and Stripe. I got banned from both as a business because of selling unapproved items. If I get another LLC would I be able to open new business accounts for both?

I still have a personal PayPal so I'm not banned from sending and receiving money from them, they just banned the business account.

Stripe probably, PayPal IDK, what were you selling? Def a better option for unapproved items out there.
Best to find the right payment solution so you can keep it and not interrupt sales and run into bans in the first place

only if you can not afford a good account .
having many accounts can cause investigation.

when in business you keep records of everything, those records go to your account to pay the tax on all business.

I don't need 10 accounts for 10 business in fact I can be registered under 1 business name and have as many sub-business I want, as long as all paperwork in order for each business there never be any problems.

I no longer sell the item/service. It was basically selling Bitcoin with a markup. This was a few years back. I didn't get banned for chargebacks, I got banned for suspicious activity.

I only really want PayPal and Stripe because of their high compatibility with tons of different scripts and plugins. The one I currently have it's a lot of hoop jumping to make sure things are compatible.

I wasn't just banned on Stripe and PayPal. I was actually banned by a ton of different merchant accounts. I've let it slide for a couple of years for looking for a new merchant account because my clients pay with a mixture of checks, cash, PayPal, credit cards, etc... but Stripe and PayPal are default options on many scripts/plugins and don't require any workarounds.

For WP WooCommerce has integrations for almost everything. I don't use WP for every project though which is where things get complicated sometimes.

Oh for BTC def IF you are going to accept credit cards you need a direct real merchant account, nothing like stripe where you can just sign up online easy peasy.
Most of them will also help you integrate easily though.

I'm not doing anything with BTC, this was a few years ago. I had real merchant accounts also banned due to this.

My question is if I register a new LLC can I open a new PayPal Business and Stripe account.
