Its been a while and i still didnt figure out
i'm using a 5 month old paypal 100% verified with bank account and credit card
and they dont let me use my credit card for purchases above $100
the card simply disappears at the time of purchase
as if I had never linked it and I am asked to link a new one
If i call them they repeat the same robot message as always "please wait 7 days so our system can figure out bla bla bla"
why this is happening?
