Hi everyone,

I have my european Paypal account which is limited (with fake identity) to unlock it I need :

-Confirm a credit card with the name : Lutonadio
-Send a proof of address

I already have the CI anyone who could help me please?

For the moment Secondeeye VCC doesn't work on my limited PayPal account. Is it still possible to recover funds after 180 days?

second eye is way and i mean way overpriced.First you need to pay for his way overpriced service where you don't have a guarantee that you will get your funds and you can trust me when i claim that his works are getting very often denied

@secondeye is doing the best he can. Paypal got smarter, specially in most EU countries they check documents against the Government.
