Paypal Error When Trying To Send Money

Hi guys,

I have been having a problem with Paypal, when I try to send money to someone i get this error "We're sorry, but we can't send your payment right now." I have been getting this error for the past few days. I cant send money to any other Paypal account. I have Googled it but was unsuccessful in finding a solution. If anyone knows how to fix this error it would be much appreciated :)

If you are receiving money instantly and no waiting for that amount to stay in your account for 24 hours then mostly this error occurs.

Try sending to different Email ID, it will go through, in past I was having that issue but sending to other PayPal ID worked fine.
 
you are moving money too fast just wait for maximum of 48 hours and remember don't delete cookies and history
 
I have had this before where i could send money ok to other people but this one person i kept getting the above error and i suspect it means there is a problem with that persons PayPal account and i would actually take it a s ared flag not to pay that person for anything as their account may be under investigation.

I cant send money to any Paypal account
 
This happens when you sell with a new account on ebay .
 
Last time I had this issue I had to wait 24 hours between EACH transaction (it was a fresh account) but after about 2-3 days it got fixed, try to use another browser and run CCleaner once, it could work.

Give it a few time and it will be fixed.

meanwhile if they send you a send money request you will be able to sent them the funds
 
I had the same problem with paypal some times ago, I contacted the support department and they ask me to wait for some days and tried sending the money again,after 3 days it was resolved,just wait for some days OP or just contact paypal support.

People have tried sending me requests but when I try to accept it I get the same error.
 
Wait for 20 to 25 days and after that open your browser and remove all history than login and send your amount, they don't give you any error, in past days i am also facing this error but now my payments send and no error showed
 
Contact them on phone.you can find paypal customer care number online.Them them your exact problem and if you need to do any urgent payments ask them to do that.They will do it for you after verifying your identity.
 
PayPal's customer support isn't half bad. I called them when my account got limited even though my account wasn't verified and they just unblocked it for me. So yeah, just call 'em and you'll be good.
 
dont wait for 25 days mann,,what a stupid comment..
Just wait for 24 to 48 hours and then you will be able to send the money..
