i am facing that error for 3 weeks

account is stealth dont suggest me to call paypal maybe they will ask documents for verification

Have you tried using a different IP? Wait 3-4 days and try a good 4g/home ip

Most the time you have to call in and they ask you a bunch of questions about who you are, they need to verify its you..... Ive had this happen to me and that's what I did.
