Please advise
a stealth account, recived email,
Your PayPal Funds are Eligible for Withdrawal
difficult for me to withdrawl,
somebody in there, will fix the problem, but with 20% of ammount must keep by him.
is this reasonable?

Why are you having a problem withdrawing? You have a stealth account, but you don’t have an account attached to it you can use to withdraw?

the problem is the fund must withdraw to the bank, with same identity as PP account

You don’t need to use the same identity. You can use any bank account, I have never had a problem.
