Last week or so I had a buyer purchase my ebook ($49.95). He made the transaction and I even sent a manual email with the download incase the instant transaction/shopping cart failed. fastforward a week later and he's promptly requesting a refund. The thing is, this buyer is actually a marketer in the same niche as me selling a "how to" product as well. To be brief, I'm a competitor of his. My ebook isn't a clickbank product nor is it spun/thrown together. I'm truly an expert in my niche and my product is high quality. I've had no other refunds and I've had a GOOD NUMBER of my customers praising my material. They regularly e-mail me (weeks and months after the purchase) to update me on their progress and talk to me about putting the info to use.
I'm wondering if there's any chance of me winning this via PayPal? As I have no real intent to issue a refund to someone whose most likely going to re-package my material into his next audio-book. Thanks.
