Paypal/eBay Stealth Accounts: Couple Questions

I just received my MC999 from eBay on my main account for having low DSR scores. Yes I've been slow about shipping items out, I know thanks eBay, did I deserve a ban?? They say I did so yes. 80% of the time I gave the buyer a refund and STILL shipped their item (low priced items). Just under 500 feedback with 91+ rating.</rant>

I'm in the U.S. and this is a real-world example of a legitimate business that has been hit with the eBay hammer. I don't sell fakes, I don't dropship, I don't cheat. My items are legitimate goods and I was simply behind on my shipping times and it bit me in the ass.

Anyway, having to make stealths now. I've read 25+ threads and can't find an answer to my questions about information gathered from paypal when linking an account:

When you link a bank account with routing+acc# is that all the info that they receive, or do they receive the owner's name, etc? Does it depend on the bank whether certain info is given?

Also, I'm reading a lot of posts about creating a separate windows account so cookies/etc don't get mixed, which I don't want to do. I would like to use my same windows account -- I'm already behind a VPN, and I have available private proxies to use as well, but I need a browser that can handle them independently. Opera has worked out great for private browsing, but unfortunately proxies are limited to settings in windows Internet Options. I'd love to use firefox, but I use that regularly and couldn't find any relevant info on if it was possible to have two separate installations+cache folders. I'm sure its possible, but I'd be worried something would mess up and the data between would be shared. I saw a post where someone was using a portable G Chrome but didn't see any feedback. Any ideas or answers? Thanks!

Yeah, it's a bummer. Most of us have been there and it is quite frustrating.

As for bank info - some banks will not like that incoming transfers have a different name on them and others do not care. Paypal will not "see" anything but #'s.

As for how to operate multiple stealth accounts - different people, different opinions.

The more you run - and you will have to have a few due to low limits on each new account - the higher the risk of making a simple slap your hand on your forehead mistake.

It's a learning process and you probably will burn a few accounts in the beginning.

You wanna go stealth you need to do the work. No escape from it. PP will see numbers, not the name, but with a fake ID it's bankfraud. Use payoneer or something like it and have your papers ready. Get it shipped to a portable address like an abandoned building. Best is to use different logins to windows because it makes things more separate, you can use portable installs of different browsers but it isn't enough imho. Tracking goes way beyond what browser you used. You could use VM's tho. Learn and profit. Good luck.

Here are some quick tips to remember with stealth accounts.

1. Never use your normal VPN because those IP Addresses are shared and a lot of VPN services are blacklisted
for eBay and PayPal.

2. You can use Ccleaner to wipe out your cookies and footprints and still use your current Windows Account but
that does not work as good because it is kinda of odd for a user to constantly wipe out their information since
the average user does not do this. So creating a separate windows user accounts and keeping the cookies is
a good way to appear normal.

3. If all you do is add the bank account to the PayPal and withdraw then they will not see personal information
but if you add money to your PayPal from your bank then they catch you so do not use your bank to fund your
PayPal account.

Yes I think a VM is probably the easiest (since I have experience). Much rather launch a VM real quick than have to log out on my main as I'm always multitasking. Hopefully I can get my label printers working within the VM. They're pretty mainstream printers so I'm sure the info is out there.

As for the VPN, it would be going through it, but using a private proxy on top so I believe this should be fine. Outside sites should see the proxy, not the VPN. Right? I'll test regardless. Currently had no issues with eBay/PP on my previously working account using my VPN.

On the bankfraud front, I'd like to avoid that lol. I'm supporting a family here If I were to open up a joint account with a relative I could simply use their info (with permission) for the paypal/ebay accounts. This is fine, as I would only be selling on the accounts so the only incoming postal mail to their address would be "returns" and such. Not a big deal.

Sound like I'm leaving anything out?
