Paypal-ebay problem

    so hi to all since 2011 - guys i got a problem, i sold some of nike jordan collection (over 10 pairs) they are all 100% legit, the problem is some guy from south korea wants a refund and is threathing me to report me for selling fakes. my question is - can paypal hold all of my funds on my account, or just those this south korean dude wants back ? worst case scenario

    every cent i got there ? or just the funds made from that transaction ?

    damn. but after that they HAVE TO release my funds right ?

    Is this what paypal does in all cases, right away hold ALL of my funds ?

    Google has these kind of paypal nightmares all over the place for vendors. Paypal warning, complaints, sucks...several sites.

    They can hold your money for 180 days and then you request for them to release it. I've been down that road for a lot more than a few pair of shoes and talking to them is like urinating against the wind 99% of the time.

    Have 10k stuck there at the moment. Paypal is a bitch sometimes...

    Costs of online commerce when you're selling in a category where 80%+ of listings are fakes.

    They don't have to release the funds at all if they determine the shoes are fake, but unless huge amount of cash is involved, it's highly unlikely. Amazon has been known to outright confiscate funds in your selling account.
