PayPal dropshipping lock

There is a verified business account. Is there a high probability of blocking / limiting an account if he is engaged in dropshipping? I read that it is forbidden by TOS of PayPal. Are there people who have had a long successful experience of using it without blocking?Are there alternatives? I tried to register for 2ch, but they refused, as they found out that I am connected with dropshipping. Thanks in advance!
