Hi,

I want to download all sent payments from my PayPal account for the past 12months for the tax man.

Is there an option to ONLY download sent payments and not sent AND received.

On a side note PayPal staff are insanely annoying and stupid.

Download the overall transaction report in CSV format, load it in Excel, do text-to-columns a few times until it looks nice and neat, run a filter and delete everything but sent payments?

This is how I would do it anyway. There may be some pre-defined filters within PayPal's interface though that I'm not aware of.

I could delete all the rows that in the column that has the net amount in with the value 0 or greater to be deleted but trying to figure that out.

I can sort the net amount column with highest at the top and negative (money sent) at the bottom so I can delete the positive. But it's only sorting that column, all the others stay the same. Must be a way I'll get there I am sure.

there is a built-in option to do this, just select 'Payments sent' and i'm not even joking :) it's right under where you set the date range

edit: or not :) when you click on it, the export option vanishes...wtf
but the 'Print' option still remains, if you click on it, a new tab/window is opening with the result for 'Payments sent', you can either print it or save it for the tax man, basically it's what you're after, no?!

Yes I found that thanks. I need a digital copy so printing doesn't help. Downloading them all and filtering/deleting the received seems to be the work around.

yea thats best way download full history select all data, auto filter, then only show payments received:)
