Download the overall transaction report in CSV format, load it in Excel, do text-to-columns a few times until it looks nice and neat, run a filter and delete everything but sent payments?
This is how I would do it anyway. There may be some pre-defined filters within PayPal's interface though that I'm not aware of.
there is a built-in option to do this, just select 'Payments sent' and i'm not even jokingit's right under where you set the date range
edit: or notwhen you click on it, the export option vanishes...wtf
but the 'Print' option still remains, if you click on it, a new tab/window is opening with the result for 'Payments sent', you can either print it or save it for the tax man, basically it's what you're after, no?!
