Does anyone else face this issue?

It has never happened before, the sms codes seem not to arrive and I am unable to login.

In the next 2 days I suppose it will be a delay, due to the large usage of the mobile data.

no... my regular number that I have been using for 2 years.

sms from other sites arrives, not from PayPal

Yeah, I noticed the delay as well. The messages do arrive, but around 30 minutes late. I think we just have to wait this out.

It's not a well-thought-out system to say the least. They don't offer backup codes, so if the SMS doesn't arrive, you can't login, like you now.

This is not too much of a help now, but to avoid this in the future, you can use an authenticator app to login: https://authy.com/guides/paypal/

I have same issue too
Don't worry they will fix it
Rarely it happening me but solving after some time
Have a good day

Yup PayPal is down for me too. All my accounts.
I messaged a buddy who works there, haven’t heard back yet.
