paypal documents - need photoshopper, have templates

i know, i know. it's so easy , use MS paint, you're a newb etc etc.

but i'm stupid and don't know how to.

I have templates from ID Chief for the ID, and a utillity bill to use. Just need it done ASAP. Will pay a fair price.
