PayPal dispute

I got scammed from a person.Can you tell me guys what is the sum of money that paypal protects?Somewhere i red that paypal protects only till 1000 usd , or am i wrong?For example even if you pay for a person in total 5000 usd , you still can be protected from paypal or there are any limits?

You should call PayPal and let them know about it. They will take you case and take instant action on it. And also doesn't matter how much you scammed.

how much did u got scammed for? it helps alot todo things the right way, provide paypal with adequate amount of evidence to prove you where scammed and trust me dont even attempt to emil them.it took 2-4 weeks to get a reply at least that what hapen to me all the time, just call them and hopefully it got sorted out

So as i undertand guys , the best way in how to fix disputes fast is call to paypal every time you get scammed?
But you didn't answer to the most important question of mine - amounts.For example is it the difference between if you got scammed for 800 eur or for 5000 eur?I mean paypal see differently at the amount or no?Because as i said - someone told me that paypal protects only till 1000 usd.
